The first time that I encountered her on the phone, I relished silently of her ability to make the customer comfortable, was patient, friendly in her delivery and was beyond accommodating; for I could feel her wisdom. She was highly personable and illustrated in her quiet demeanor that she just did not have a job; she had a love for mankind. Her professionalism is second to none and her follow-up was beyond timely on several occasions. It is without query that this employee does not work just to have something to do or a pay check. Having written an eight hour curriculum on Office "Telephone Etiquette" and trained office personnel, I have never met anyone that checks all of the boxes. Tammy White does!!! She is a truly a gem whom I have yet to meet and will make it my business to do so when she is scheduled to work at State Farm on Old Court Road. Hats off to Tammy White; for she is the kind of employee that should be cloned whenever someone from State Farm picks up the phone. She also possesses the knowledge, training, skills and ability to answer queries posed by the customer. It is not often in today's business world that you find someone as patient, considerate, passionate about her occupation, an excellent listener and motivated. When I have to call State Farm, I ask to speak with Tammy; for she has never failed to follow-up with me and timely and answers my queries with confidence and knowledge. What a rare gem she is!!! I thank God that I crossed her path; for she can make anyone's day just by hearing her voice.
